This guide explains how to get your ICICI Bank statement using your account number and IFSC code, covering online methods such as net banking and iMobile and offline options such as ATMs, branches and missed call banking. It also covers e-statement passwords, charges and how a mini statement differs from a full statement. Read time: about 6 minutes.
You can get your ICICI Bank statement in two ways: online through net banking, the iMobile app or email, or offline at an ATM, a branch or via missed call and SMS banking. Every method needs your account number and some also ask for your IFSC code to verify the branch.
Downloading your statement regularly helps you track spending and spot errors early. It also works as valid proof of income when you apply for a personal loan, credit card or visa, so keeping a recent copy handy is worth the 5 minutes it takes. This guide covers every online and offline method, along with charges, password formats and common questions.
QUICK STAT
Digital payments made up 99.7% of transaction volume in India in 2024 [RBI – flag for review]. E-statements sit within this shift, letting most ICICI Bank customers view and download their account history without visiting a branch.

An ICICI Bank statement records every transaction in your account over a chosen period, including deposits, withdrawals, EMI debits and interest credits. It also carries two identifiers the bank uses to authenticate your account: your account number, unique to your account and your IFSC code, an 11-character code identifying the exact branch. Keep both handy when you register for e-statements, use net banking or share a statement as income proof.
Every ICICI Bank e-statement emailed to you is a password-protected PDF, which keeps your transaction details safe if the email is ever accessed by someone else. The password is typically the first four letters of the name on your account, followed by your date and month of birth in DDMM format – for example, RAHU1503 for Rahul, born on 15 March. For current or corporate accounts, the date and month of incorporation replaces the date of birth. The case can vary, so check the email instructions before entering it.
PRO TIP
If the password fails on the first try, test both the uppercase and lowercase versions before calling ICICI Bank customer care on 1800-1080.
Follow these steps to get your statement on your registered email ID every month.
Once submitted, ICICI Bank emails a password-protected statement every month, free of charge.
You can now view and download your statement.
To view a mini statement instead, tap ‘Mini Statement’ on the same screen for a quick summary of your last few transactions
PRO TIP

If net banking is not convenient, try these offline methods.
