Insurance, fuel, jewelry, gift card purchase, wallet load, EMI transactions, purchases converted to EMI post facto, cash advances, repayments, reversals/refunds, rent, education, & government services.
Also, any transaction below ₹100 and any UPI transaction below ₹2,000 will not be eligible for cashback.
The cashback received will be reverted in the next statement.
Cashback earned from the spends of your current bill, will be credited into your next bill, after 25 days from bill generation
For example,
If you have earned a cashback of ₹500, for the spends in the billing cycle of 13th March to 12th April, that amount (₹500) will be credited to your card on 8th of May and will reflect in the bill generated on 12th of May.
Your credit card bill date will be somewhere between 12th to 15th of every month, if you have not changed it before.
It is the minimum amount you need to pay in order to maintain a good credit history. For our card, it is 5% of your bill amount plus all the due EMIs.
Late payment charges will be levied if you do not pay the minimum amount due, by the due date. The late payment charges would be as follows:

If the total amount due is not paid by the due date, daily interest will be charged on the pending amount with 3.6% per month.
No, there are no taxes levied on your bill. However, GST will be applicable on the charges levied, namely late payment charges, interest and EMI conversion charges (only in case any transaction is converted to EMI).
The entire bill amount cannot be converted into EMIs. However, you can convert the individual transactions into EMIs, as per the eligibility criteria. If a transaction is eligible for conversion to EMIs, the same will be visible in the transaction summary screen of the Fibe app’s credit card section.
Transaction amounts that are above ₹ 2,500 are eligible for EMI conversion.
The due date for a bill will be 15 days from the date of bill generation.

c. Verify name and enter bill amount
d. Complete transaction using UPI PIN

ii. Bank Transfer
With the NEFT facility, you can pay your Credit Card bills online from any other bank account. All you need to do is:
a. Login to the Internet Banking facility of your desired bank account and select its National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) option.
b. Enter the following information correctly while transferring funds to make your Credit Card bill payment using NEFT facility:

iii. Other Methods
Axis Bank recommends cardholders to pay their credit card dues via above specified methods. Any credit card payment made via other channels, including any 3rd party apps non-affiliated with Axis Bank, may have a higher TAT for clearance. Penal charges, as applicable on the card variant, will be applicable if funds are not received by Axis Bank by due date. For any queries arising from delayed/non-reflection of payment on card made via non-affiliated channels, customers may reach out to the respective channels directly.
No, your Fibe loan EMI & the credit card bill need to be paid separately. There is no relation between the repayments of those two.

If you are eligible for limit increment, you can see the same in the Fibe app’s credit card section in the ‘Limit details’ tab.
i. In any of your UPI apps, go to ‘Add Credit Card/Link Credit Card’.
ii. Select Axis Bank as the card issuer.
iii. Select Fibe Axis Bank Credit Card as the card to be linked and click on confirm.
iv. Proceed to generate the UPI PIN.
v. Enter the last six digits of the credit card & expiry date.
vi. Verify the OTP sent to your registered number.
vii. Set up the PIN of your choice.

There are certain transactions customer won’t be able to do using UPI on Fibe Axis Bank Credit Card, such as–P2P (Paying your friends & other contacts), digital account opening, lending platform, cash withdrawal at merchant, cash withdrawal at ATM, ERUPI, IPO, Foreign Inward Remittances, Mutual Funds and any other categories as restricted by the Axis Bank/RBI.
