Core Responsibilities –
• Drive the full IT recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database
• Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on sites like LinkedIn, Naukri. IIM Jobs, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates
• Leverage innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Experience and Qualifications Required :
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector
• Proven experience in building the talent pool for the IT department via different recruitment platforms and processes
• Excellent sourcing and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint applications.
• Effective communication and decision-making skills. • Ability to be self-driven and work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
