Fibe Personal Loan — MCP Integration Guide
What is this?
Fibe's MCP server lets AI assistants like Claude check your personal loan eligibility, view product details, and submit a loan application — all through natural conversation. No app download required to get started.
Getting Started
- Open Claude and search for Fibe Personal Loan in the MCP directory.
- Click Connect. You'll be asked to verify your Indian mobile number via OTP.
- Once connected, ask Claude anything about Fibe personal loans.
What You Can Do
Check Eligibility
Ask:
"I earn ₹45,000/month with ₹20,000 in expenses. Am I eligible for a Fibe loan?"
View Loan Details
Ask:
"What are Fibe's interest rates, processing fees, and tenure options?"
Apply for a Loan
Ask:
"I'd like to apply for a Fibe personal loan. My name is Rahul Sharma…"
Authentication
Fibe uses OAuth 2.0 with mobile OTP verification. When you connect, you'll enter your Indian mobile number and a one-time password sent via SMS. Your mobile number is used securely to identify your application — it's never exposed to the AI assistant from the conversation.
After Applying
Once your application is submitted through the AI assistant, you'll receive a link to complete the remaining steps on the Fibe portal or app: KYC verification, document upload, eSign, and loan disbursal.
Requirements
- Indian mobile number (+91)
- Salaried individual residing in India
- No Fibe account needed upfront — created automatically on application
Troubleshooting
OTP not received?
Wait 30 seconds and retry. Ensure your mobile number is a valid Indian (+91) number.
Session expired?
Reconnect from the Claude MCP directory. Sessions expire after the access token TTL.
"Insufficient scope" error?
Disconnect and reconnect, ensuring you grant both eligibility check and loan application permissions.
