I out of my own free will and without any undue influence, coercion, fraud, mistake, misrepresentation provide my consent to Social Worth Technologies Private Limited (SWTPL) along with Lenders to collect, store, and use the data collected through various modes but not limited to Central KYC Registry, UIDAI and other Know Your Customer Authentication methods for compliance with Know Your Customer requirements as per KYC Master Direction 2016 in accordance with the Prevention of Anti-Money Laundering Act 2002. I understand that such collected data is used and retained to ascertain compliance with the above specified regulations or any other applicable law/regulations and I hereby expressly consent to use, access, modify, store, download, upload or take any other action in relation to any data stored or accessed through the
Central KYC Registry for the above purposes.
